Kitsilano 6AM

Join our morning crew as we sweat while the sun comes up. This 75 minute class is a combination of running, strength training and core work. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am at various locations in Kitsilano.

Kitsilano 6PM

Join our after-work crowd and sweat off the stress of the day. This 75 minute class is a combination of running, strength training and core work. Classes are offered Monday & Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am.

Tuesday & Thursday classes are 60 minutes long. For the summer session (June-August) Tuesdays are a mixed trail running class and Thursdays are a Boxercise class (all levels welcome for every class).

Locations for all classes vary week to week and are available to view once you sign up for a membership.
